Compensation

  • Base: $80k
  • 15% bonus
  • 0.1%-0.15% equity

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the holistic implementation process including;
    • Fulfillment and delivery of hardware
    • Project planning with CX teams regarding travel, customer communication before installation
    • Collection of customer data for documentation pre and post installation
    • Solve for any installation issues; send additional techs, quick customer communication regarding existing equipment issues
  • Develop and nurture relationships with internal / external technicians ensuring a smooth customer experience
    • Manage internal technicians
    • Hiring manager for any additional technicians
  • Build a pipeline of national installers to help us meet our end of 2025 installation goals
    • Train national installer technicians on all hardware and software they are implementing
    • Monitor their installations both in person and remotely
    • Check out installers and provide reports to customers on their findings
  • Gather and share insights from the field to support cross-functional learning loops
  • Create and maintain reports that shed light on progress, gaps, and opportunities in the implementation process
  • Aid in customer troubleshooting by working directly with internal customer support and success teams
    • Create SOPs when needed
    • Develop internal training tools to ensure smooth and quick resolutions to customer problems
    • Solve ad-hoc/ tier 3 issues pertaining to installations
  • Update Hubspot and other internal data sources related to implementation

About You

  • 5+ years of experience working as a project manager
  • Flexible schedule that allows for ad hoc travel within the US and respond to requests outside of normal working hours
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to solve complex problems in the field
  • Strong organization and reporting skills to communicate updates to the team
