Be part of the green energy revolution with Octopus Energy Services! We're seeking passionate individuals to join our Managed Learning Program and become Trainee Smart Metering Engineers, helping us make a big green dent in the universe.
This development program provides comprehensive training to develop you into a skilled Smart Engineer, representing our brand in our customers' homes. You'll often be the first face-to-face contact a customer has with Octopus Energy, so we have high expectations.
We are looking for trainees within the South East of England and London.

What you'll do

  • Complete a training program to fully upskill you to becoming a Smart Meter Engineer
  • Once qualified
  • Install smart meters and in-home displays in customers' homesGuide customers on using their new equipment to save energyAnswer questions and educate customers about the renewable energy revolutionProvide exceptional customer service, getting to know each customer personally
  • As a Trainee Smart Meter Engineer, you'll be part of the Octopus Energy Services team, with full support from our internal colleagues who share the same goals of delivering top-notch customer experiences. Plus, you'll have access to Octopus Energy's cutting-edge technology, allowing us to continuously improve our processes and minimize admin work.
