About the Opportunity
At Kraken Technologies we’re looking to revolutionise the energy system to make power cheaper, greener and better for people around the world. Our tech platform ‘Kraken’ is already licensed to support 25 million customer accounts in 9 countries, and we aim to serve 100 million globally by 2027.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and play a crucial role in the successful delivery of Kraken Field.

What you'll do

  • Manage the relationship with our client counterparts, being the first point of contact for any issues and technical requests
  • Summarising and articulating the client needs in your domain and define timelines internally to enable the execution of our platform maturity
  • Define requirements and support in quality assurance to ensure a compliant and safe release of our features into production for our clients
  • Set up key operational processes to manage risks, incidents, actions and decisions during our migrations with our client counterparts and management
  • Support our clients meet their business needs in your domain area via the delivery of our Kraken platform
  • Understand the Kraken infrastructure and aligning client direction with the overall goal for the Kraken platform in your domain area

What you'll need

  • Previous experience in a client delivery or product management related role
  • Hands-on experience in collaborating with technical stakeholders and managing technical projects
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment and to take ownership pro-actively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with attention to detail and deadlines to drive forward the deployment strategy within your domain
  • Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Technical aptitude to grasp the technical capabilities and constraints of the Kraken platform
  • Becoming an advocate for the continuous deployment approach we take at Kraken and champions building tech iteratively

It would be great if you had

  • Previous work experience in strategy consulting is a plus
  • Multilingual (eg. in Spanish) is a benefit
