We are currently implementing Kraken into a large Japanese client, and are looking to expand the team leading operational transformation alongside the platform implementation.

They will need to work in partnership with the technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams.
The Client Implementation Leads: live & breathe the Kraken ways of working, identify problems, create solutions, workshops and training, and effectively communicate these to our clients. • You must be committed to the Kraken way of delivering agile operations based on freedom, autonomy and trust that coexists with a simplified, evolving technology platform.
  • You must be willing to challenge beliefs, have the ability to see through multiple viewpoints and, if needed, reach beyond your remit to support the client.
  • Key Skills that are needed

  • Time Management: Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as working as a team to deliver projects. You should be able to effectively plan your time and prioritise tasks and the client.
  • Influential Communicator: Comfortable communicating the Kraken way of thinking and to provide updates on feature developments. Can lead meetings and drive forward the development strategy within your domain. Can build supporting slides, Gantt charts, and flow diagrams to aid this.
  • Patience: Our clients are going through significant change, and you need to be able to support them through that curve at a pace that can sometimes feel slower than you might expect.
