DirtSat looks at ways space technology can have profound impacts on some of the planet's biggest challenges. Our initiatives are focused on engaging geoAI to enable and support urban food systems and climate mitigation projects. Recent metrics by the UN point toward 68% of the world's population adding to existing urban densities. To counteract the challenges of overcrowding, limited resources, food security and ecological constraints, “Smart Cities” are rising to the challenge. The smartness of a city, is one that possesses a level of spatial awareness, and a framework/network for managing the data flows. Smart City networks represent a systematized, synthesized, and scalable approach to achieving quality of life improvements with sustainable goals. We leverage geospatial data to create urban networks for Smart City integration. Combining time critical information with actionable insights, we put sustainable development goals within reach for the world's urban communities.Something looks off?
